Larry David Hoffman

Larry David Hoffman passed away on September 22, 2026, in Avon Park, Florida. He was born on January 25, 1951, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Elmer Henry Hoffman Jr. and Reba Jeannette (Knowles) Hoffman.

Larry was known for his love of cars and racing, a passion that brought him great enjoyment throughout his life. Larry even raced 8 of his own throughout his life and took great pride in many his other muscle cars. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Paulette Kay (Hodgkinson) Hoffman. He is also survived by his son, Tim Hoffman, and his two loving grandchildren, Trent and Lucas Hoffman. Sister-in-law Candy and her husband/ his best friend Terry Roseberry.

Larry will be remembered by his other best friend Mark Lindsay and wife Barb, many nieces, nephews, and other friends that have shared many years of memories with him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
