Kimberly Renea Kurtz Martin

Kimbery Renea Kurtz Martin, age 25, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, in Ft. Myers, Florida, at Lee Memorial Hospital due to an automobile accident. She was born on May 13, 1990, in Avon Park, Florida, and resided in Sebring. Kimberly was always a "party waiting to happen". She epitomized the saying "All dressed up with nowhere to go". She loved "dolling" up with full make-up and frilly, girly outfits to sit at home or just do laundry. Kimberly loved going to Disney with her parents Brad and Julie, she loved Precious Moments figurines and everything about Christmas; especially baking Christmas cookies with her mom, Michelle. Kimberly loved playing Movie Quote Trivia with her brother Arron, Saturday night hangouts with her brother Will, playing the Seat Belt game with her brother Andrew, camping with friends and family, and "Sunday Funday" with her children. She was the most AMAZING mom! Kimberly enjoyed relaxing with her husband, playing a special game they called "Feet to Feet." She loved watching old movies with her dad, Brad, baking with her little sister, Marilea, and singing aloud to songs on the radio with her sister Rebekka. She is survived by her husband Chris Martin of Sebring, FL, her son Jayden Christopher Martin (5), and daughter Madison Renea Martin (3), her parents Toni Michelle Morrow of Sebring, FL and Grover "Brad" Kurtz and Julie Kurtz of Sebring, FL; her sisters Marilea Morrow of Sebring, FL and Rebekka Starkey of Sydney, AU; her brothers Arron and William Kurtz and Andrew Starkey of Sebring, FL; her grandparents Lee Wester of Sebring, FL, Marvyne May of Ray City, GA, JoAnn Zeller of Sebring, FL, and John and Freedia LePage of Houston, TX; her father-in-law Art Harriman of Sebring, FL; her uncles and aunts Chris and Sandie Kurtz of Sebring, FL, Scott and Cheryl Gainey of New Hampshire, Bryan and Deanna Wixson of Michigan, Jason and Stacie LePage of Bryan, TX and Kenny Danielson of Sebring, FL; additionally many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents Grover and Thelma Love of Sebring, FL, maternal grandfathers Durant Gainey of Sebring, FL and Richard May of Ray City, GA, and paternal grandfather William Hinklin of Sebring, FL; her uncles Jeff Hinklin of Sebring, FL, and Steven Hinklin of Sebring, FL, and James "Jimmy" Danielson of Sebring, FL; her aunts Ruby Danielson and Claire Love, both of Sebring FL and her cousin Jordan Danielson of Sebring, FL. There will be a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, June 06, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with W. Mike Adams and Patrick Anderson officiating. The family will begin receiving friends at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, there is a memorial fund set up for her children at Wauchula State Bank entitled Kimberly Kurtz Martin Memorial Fund. The family is requesting you honor her by wearing pink or purple to the service, as these were her favorite colors.
