Kevin William Duggan

Kevin William Duggan, age 71, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025.  He was born on December 12, 1953 in Hamilton, Ohio to William James and Rosemary (Hepting) Duggan.  Kevin was an Executive Chef, of Catholic Faith, and has been a resident of Sebring, Florida since 2015, coming from Port St. Lucie, Florida.  He is survived by his Loving Companion – Debbie Hoagland of Sebring, FL;  Children – Kaitlyn Smith (Michael) of Walterboro, SC; Kelly Bayliss (Justin) of Port St. Lucie, FL; Troy Duggan (Christina) of Port St. Lucie, FL; Sister – Megan Massey (Stewart) of Vero Beach, FL; Brother – Patrick Duggan (Rose) of Houston, TX; 8 Grandchildren – Ashleigh, Alexis, Kaley, Michael, Maddison, Brandon, Keliana, Anabella; and 1 Great Granddaughter.  He was preceded in death by his son – Sean Duggan and Sister – Barbara Duggan.
