Kevin Paul Bell, age 53, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024 in Sebring, Florida. He was born to Bob O. and Louise Dora (Quandt) Bell in Fargo, North Dakota on April 26, 1971. Kevin had been a resident of Highlands County coming from Gardner, ND and was of the Presbyterian faith. He is survived by his Son – Bryce Christian Bell; Mother – Louise Bell; Brothers – Rob Bell of Hillsboro, ND and Joel Bell of Gardner, ND.
