Kenneth Elbert McLeod, 62, of Sebring, Florida, passed away on March 24, 2025. He was born on September 5, 1962, in Avon Park, Florida, to Kenneth Melvin and Carolyn McLeod. A lifelong resident of Sebring, Kenneth was deeply rooted in his community and cherished the natural beauty of his home state.

Kenneth proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He later built a career as an electrical technician, where his skills and dedication were evident in all he did. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in airboating, deep-sea fishing, and hog hunting. Whether exploring the mountains or relaxing at the beach, he embraced the great outdoors with passion.

Kenneth is survived by his devoted wife of 18 years, Cindy McLeod; his loving mother, Carolyn Carver (John); his children, Dustin McLeod (Lisa) of Gainesville, FL, and Jessica Downs (Dustin) of Sebring, FL; his step children, Trina (Kyle), Dustie (Kenny) and Cash (Nicole); his siblings, Brian Schuette (Christy) of Bowling Green, KY, Cindy Heflin (Sonny) of Port St. Lucie, FL, Richard McLeod of Boston, MA, and Chris McLeod of Michigan. He was also a proud grandfather to ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Melvin McLeod.

Kenneth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His adventurous spirit, love for family, and dedication to his country will forever be remembered
