Kenneth V. Graham Kenneth V. Graham, age 80, passed away on March 12, 2014, in Sebring, FL. He was born on September 1, 1933, in Peru, IN, to the late Kenneth and Lillia (Zartman) Graham. He is survived by his wife Elsie M. Graham, one daughter: Lucinda Clark (Mike)-IN; three sons: Ronald Graham (Cathy)-IN; Dale Graham (Kara)-IN; Steven Graham (Kim)-IN, two brothers: Willard Graham (Mary Donna)-IN; Joe Graham (Donna)-IN, twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
