KENNETH STAFFORD EILAND Kenneth Stafford Eiland, age 70, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2012 in Tampa, Florida. He was born in Sebring, FL on September 8, 1941 to Roscoe C. and Essie M. (Browning) Eiland. He was a Postal Worker for the U.S. Postal Service; served in the U.S. Air Force from 1960-1972, serving in Vietnam; He was a member of the VFW Post 4300, AMVETS Post #21 and American Legion Post #74. He was a lifelong resident of Sebring. He is survived by his sister, Carolyn Joyce Scott, Winterville, GA; brothers, Glenn E. Eiland, Jacksonville, FL and Harold T. Eiland, Green Cove Springs, FL; nieces, Lawanda J. Payne, Lisa Eiland, Suzzanne Burrell, Tammy Watson, Melanie Eiland, Carol Scott, Linda Martinez, Sandra Osborn and Nancy Saunders and nephew. Tom Scott. Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Friday, April 6, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Pinecrest Cemetery with Rev. Darrell Peer officiating.
