Kenneth Cunningham

Kenneth 'Rusty' Cunningham Jr., 41, of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, He was born September 11, 1974 in Avon Park, Florida to Kenneth and Karen (Kenyon) Cunningham. He was a lifelong resident of Highlands County and a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Placid. To say Rusty was passionate about baseball would be an understatement. He loved the game and was selected All County for four years and competed in the Dixie Youth Baseball World Series for two years. Survivors include his father, Kenneth Cunningham, Sr.-Lake Placid, FL, brother, Kevin Cunningham (Deborah), niece, Nicole Louise Cunningham, nephew, Kyle Lee Cunningham, Uncle, Danny Cunningham (Paula) and Aunt, Gloria Davidson (Kelly). Rusty was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Cunningham. There will be a memorial service on Friday, July 1, 2016, 2:00pm, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with W. Mike Adams officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm.
