Kathleen Mary Mcgrath

Kathleen Mary McGrath, age 73 passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013 in Sebring, Florida. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to Thomas Earl and Eileen (Deitz) McGrath. She was a cashier for Home Depot, of the Catholic faith and had been a resident of Highlands County since 1964 coming from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Ms. McGrath is survived by her daughters-Peggy Townsend (Eddie) of Avon Park, Florida, Donna Johnson of Sebring, Florida and Martha Wentlandt (David) of Avon Park, Florida; son-Michael Thomas McGrath (Tina) of Sebring, Florida; 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and her "wife-in-law"-Cindy Thomas. She was preceded in death by her lifelong best friend-Albert Thomas, her parents and sons-Thomas Albert Thomas and Timmy Thomas and 2 grandchildren-John Alan and Daniel Lee Johnson. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida.
