Kathleen M. Crews

Kathy M. Crews, age 52 passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born in Geneva, Alabama to Bernard and Teresa S. (DeAbreu) Greene. She worked at the Olympic Restaurant for 30 years; she was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and had been a resident of Avon Park from a young age coming from Geneva, Alabama. She was a Loving and Devoted Mother and Wife. She is survived by her husband-Robert C. Crews of Avon Park, Florida; mother-Teresa Fraser of Brandon, Florida; daughters-Susan Bennett (Camon) of Avon Park, Florida and Amy George of Avon Park, Florida; step-sons-Cruiser Crews (Christy) of Avon Park, Florida and Chad Crews (Rachael) of Orlando, Florida; brothers-Brian Greene of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Larry Greene of Martinez, Georgia; sister-Susan Gossick of Avon Park, Florida; 3 grandchildren-Mikayla, Alyssa and Cillian. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, November 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Father Nick McLoughlin officiating. Burial will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
