Karen R Seibert

Karen R. Seibert, age 77, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on January 19, 1938 in Spencerville, Ohio to the late Ora and Jennie (Brown) Adams. Karen spent her career of 27 years working as a secretary/clerk for the County Engineer of Allen County, Ohio. She moved to Sebring in 1995 from Ohio and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was very active in her church and the Carraway Sunday School Class. Karen enjoyed knitting, cross-stitching, sewing and working word puzzles. She loved vacationing in Canada with her family. Survivors include her husband, Gil Seibert-Sebring, FL, their two daughters: Becky Barton and Lora Redick (Matt) all of Lima, OH, five grandchildren: Emily Barton; William Barton; Joel Redick; Meagan Redick and Morgan Redick, and three great-grandchildren: Matayah, Ember, and London. Karen was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kenneth Adams. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, September 26, 2015, 11:00am, at First United Methodist Church of Sebring with Reverend David Juliano officiating.
