June H. Mow

June H. Mow, Age 87, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012 in Sebring, FL. She was born in Barbourville, Kentucky on April 4, 1925 to Charles and Nettie Hammons. She was as avid golfer, having 4 hole-in-ones; President of Women's Golf association of Lake Placid; enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family; a former member of the Eastern Star and was a resident since 1980 coming from Michigan. She is survived by sons, James Jones (Mary Lou), Fraser, MI and Nicholas Jones (Carol) of Sebring, FL; brother, Dr. Rodger Hammons (Karen); sister, Sandra Combs (Donald); 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Mow. Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home Chapel with W. Mike Adams officiating. Contributions may be made in her memory to Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Road, Sebring, FL 33870.
