Julio Ochart Mounier, 80, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013, in Sebring. He was born September 12, 1932, to Julio and Angelina (Mounier) Ochart, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1996, coming from Woodridge, Illinois. He was the owner and operator of an Import Export Cargo Company; was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War and was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing pool and entertaining family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Frances Ochart; children, Terry Brogan (Mark Davis), Sebring; Julio (Linda) Ochart, North Carolina; Richard Ochart, Sebring and Marcus (Charlene) Ochart of Sebring; three sisters; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lily Ochart and three great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Iglesia Pena de Horeb Pentecostal, 1220 State Road 64 West, Avon Park, FL 33825, with Pastor Ismael Monzon officiating.
