Joy Courtney

Joy Courtney, age 72, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on June 2, 1950 in Bradenton, Florida, the daughter of Neil S. and Ollie (Cook) Wills. Joy is survived by her loving son – William “Chip” Harper of Sarasota, Florida; daughter - Angel Lowery of Bradenton, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Candy, her brother Bruce Wills and her sister June Tyson White. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 19, 2022 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring.
