Joseph K. Martini

Joseph K. Martini, age 75, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on October 27, 1939 in Berwick, Pennsylvania to the late Attiel and Erma (Samsel) Martini. Joseph and his wife Mary moved to Sebring in 2004 from Berwick. Joe attended Grace Church of Sebring. He was an avid golfer and a tennis and basketball enthusiast. Joe taught physical education in the Lake-Lehman School District in Lehman, PA, for 33 years. He enjoyed coaching basketball and tennis and was a mentor to many. Survivors include his wife, Mary Martini of Sebring, FL; children, Kim Joseph Martini-CA, James Martini (Michelle)-PA, Marijo Martini (Paul de Jong)-WA, and four grandchildren: Kirsten, Chase, Sam, and Claudia. The family will receive friends at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring, on Friday, July 31, 2015 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made in Joseph's memory to Grace Church of Sebring, "Missions Fund" 3626 Thunderbird Road, Sebring, FL 33872.
