Joseph Peter deBree Jr., affectionately known as Joe, Pop, or PopPop, went to his eternal home on October 2, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Peter deBree Sr. and Margaret Anita deBree; his brothers, Patrick and David deBree; and his wife and mother of his four sons, Linda Bianco deBree.
Throughout his life in both New York and Florida, Joe made an impact on countless lives. He loved riding motorcycles, watching NASCAR, and sharing his knowledge and experience as a volunteer firefighter, teaching many others the ropes along the way. But above all else, Joe treasured his family. His greatest joy was spending time with the people he loved.Joe leaves behind his loving wife of nine years, Beth Lewis deBree, who not only became his wife but lovingly embraced four boys as her own, along with their growing family.
He is survived by his sister Mariann deBree, sons, Ben (Rene), Patrick Sr., Joe III (Jennifer), and Christopher; grandchildren Patrick Jr., Elizabeth (Joshua), Emily, JoJo IV,(his namesake), Shyann, and Jayden; and great-grandchildren Olivia, Deacon, and Wesley, and countless nieces and nephews.
Joe will be remembered for his generous heart, his willingness to teach and help others, his love of family, and the many lives he touched throughout his journey. His memory will live on through his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all those fortunate enough to have known and loved him.In accordance with Joe’s wishes, there will be no services. His family will honor his memory privately and carry his love with them always.
