Joseph Lanier Brunner was born on February 4, 1943 and passed away suddenly on May 23, 2023. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Constance M. Brunner and sister Patricia McKinney; Children Joseph Brunner Jr., Chad Brunner, Sherri Maters and 10 grandchildren. He was a distinguished military veteran of the 509th infantry division. Joseph worked as a Machinist all his life and retired to Florida from Virginia in 2003. He lived in Sun N’ Lake and worked for security in the neighborhood for many years. He was a dependable and honest man who would do anything for you if he could. Loved by many he will be greatly missed.
