Joseph M. Brown, age 75, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019 in Lake Placid, Florida. He was born on July 16, 1943 in Jersey City, New Jersey to Joseph and Florence (O’brien) Brown. Joseph had been a resident since 2013 coming from Palm Beach County and was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Brown of Sebring, Florida; sons, Joseph T. Brown of Sebring, FL and Thomas Brown of Chillicothe, OH.
