Jose Ramon Cuencas born on March 15, 1965, to Maria and Carlos Cuencas. Jose is survived by his wife Lydia of 42 years, his children, and grandchildren who he loved dearly. Jose “Bull’ was a hardworking simple island man who loved his cars as much as he loved his sweets. He will always be remembered for the acts of selflessness, loud laughter, and his stories.
