Jonathan Michael Martin Sr.

Jonathan Michael Martin Sr., of Sebring, Florida, went to be with the Lord
on June 23, 2025, at the age of 78. He was born on September 30, 1946,
in Stamford, Connecticut to the late Lewis and Mary Martin.
A proud veteran, Jonathan served his country with honor by being a
member of the US Navy during Vietnam. He served from September 30,
1963, until October 9, 1969. After his service, Jonathan became a Red
Cross Volunteer, which he loved doing, and was very passionate about. He was also a member of the American Legion.

Jonathan loved to travel, especially out on the open ocean sailing the
seas. He also enjoyed scuba diving. One of Jonathan’s biggest passions in
life was helping others. He had a great passion for helping those in need,
especially during disasters. Jonathan will be loved and missed by all those
who knew him. He is survived by his children, son Jonathan Martin Jr.
(Tampa, FL), son Heath Martin (Brooklyn, NY) ,daughter Jennifer Garren (Tampa, FL), his 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
