Johnny was born September 2, 1962, a son of Johnny B. Carter, Sr. and Ethel Mae “Coop” Cooper Carter. He is survived by his wife, Pamela, daughters, Jocelyn Carter, Twala Carter, and Hailey Carter; sons, Johnny Carter, III (Georges), Immanuel Carter, Joshua Carter; grandchildren, Amber Errar, Josiah Tunnage, Janiya Legree, London Carter, Ameyeah Carter, Roy’Ella Charles, and Paisley Silver; siblings, Priscilla “Ann” Leo (James), Kenneth “Bug” Carter (Betty), Barbara Jean Innocent, and Sandra Carter; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and infant daughter, Shameka. A Graveside service will take place Monday, February 23,2026 at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Wimauma, FL.
