Johnny was born September 2, 1962, a son of Johnny B. Carter, Sr. and Ethel Mae“Coop” Cooper Carter. He is survived by his wife, Pamela; daughters, Jocelyn Carter,Twala Carter, and Hailey Carter; sons, Johnny Carter, III (Georges), Immanuel Carter,Joshua Carter; grandchildren, Amber Errar, Josiah Tunnage, Janiya Legree, LondonCarter, Ameyeah Carter, and Paisley Silver; siblings, Priscilla “Ann” Leo (James), Kenneth “Bug” Carter (Betty), Barbara Jean Innocent, and Sandra Carter; and many beloved nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father and infant daughter, Shameka. A Graveside service will take place Monday February 23,2026 at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Wimauma, FL
