Johnny A. Barnes

age 72 passed away Friday, October 26, 2012 in Sebring, Florida. He was born in Quitman, Georgia to James W. and Helen (Williams) Barnes. Mr. Barnes was a salesman for the Coca Cola Bottling Company; he was a member of the Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church and had been a lifelong resident of Avon Park, Florida. He is survived by his wife-Robbie Barnes of Avon Park, Florida; sons-Johnny Barnes, Jr. (Carla) of Avon Park, Florida, Ronnie Barnes (Kelly) of Avon Park, Florida and Bobby Barnes (Candy) of Zolfo Springs, Florida; brother-Randall Barnes of Winter Haven, Florida, Carl Barnes, David Barnes and Ralph Barnes all of Clewiston, Florida; sisters-Virginia Bennett of Blairsville, Georgia and Polly Littles of Blairsville, Georgia; grandchildren-Charissa, Chad, Dana, Heather, Heath, Chace, Billy and Ashley and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, October 29, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church with Rev. George Hall officiating. Burial will in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
