JOHNNIE C. ARMSTRONG McMANUS Johnnie C. Armstrong McManus, 52, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010, in Tampa, FL. She was born August 11, 1957 in Chattanooga, Tennessee and had been a resident of Highlands County since 1980, coming from Chattanooga. She was Office Manager for Highlands Jewelers; had been Branch Manager for Barnett Bank and Bank of America and was a member, Music Director, Choir Director and Pianist at Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church. She is survived by her Husband, Don L. McManus of Sebring; Parents, Gordon and Ruby Armstrong, Avon Park, FL; Sons, Daniel Cole Franklin and Jamison Cale Franklin, both of Sebring and Sister, Melinda Armstrong, Avon Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 8, 2010, at Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church. Funeral services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at the church, with interment at Bougainvillea Cemetery immediately following.
