John Randal Waters,62, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 in Sebring, FL. He was born to the late Thomas E. and Eloise A. (Carroll) Waters in Miami, FL. John was of the Baptist faith, loved fishing, hunting, raising his chickens and feeding the wildlife that came into his yard. Survivors include his brother; Mark, Sisters; Brenda and Kathie; his aunts and uncles; two nieces and two nephews and many cousins. Graveside Services will be held Thursday September 21, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 854 Memorial Drive, Avon Park, FL. 33825.
