John T. Van Camp

John T. Van Camp, age 81, passed away Friday, May 6, 2022 in Lake Placid, Florida.  He was born February 9, 1941 in Hartville, Ohio to the late Wiley and Mary Lucille (Chain) Van Camp.  John was a veteran serving in the US Army, worked as a dump truck driver in the construction industry, enjoyed fishing and shooting pool.  He is survived by his Companion – Leonore Rettig; Daughter – Dawn Frederick (John) of Alliance, OH; Son – John Van Camp of Alliance, OH; Step-Daughter – Donna Wolcott of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; Siblings – Nola Garman; Mary Lou Holona (Llyod); James Van Camp; Grandchildren – Jennifer, Carl, Kayla, Crystal; 6 Great-Grandchildren.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife – Anna Sue Van Camp; Brothers – William Van Camp; Danny Van Camp; Brother-in-law – Tom Garman; Sister-in-law – Barbara Van Camp.  He will be laid to rest in Keen Cemetery, Newton, West Virginia.
