John R. King

John R. King, age 88, passed away on July 26, 2018 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on April 10, 1930 in Groveport, Ohio to the late Wilmer Wise and Ruth (Raver) King.  A very faithful and active member of First Baptist Church of Frostproof, John volunteered for some 10 years at the National Park Service and was a member of the National Campers and Hikers Association.  Survivors include his children: John Richard King, Jr.-Miami, FL and Sharon L. (Chuck) Kuehnle-Cooper City, FL.  Services will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 10:00am with a visitation and a Memorial Service to follow at 11:00am at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.
