John William Marcum

JOHN WILLIAM MARCUM John William Marcum, 63, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Friday, April 9, 2010, in Tampa, FL. He was born November 17, 1946, to Billie S. and Suzanne (Semer) Marcum in Huntington, West Virginia, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2009, coming from Naples, Florida. He was a Plant Supervisor for an Asphalt Manufacturing Company. He enjoyed golf and was a member of Sun N Lake Country Club and loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Marcum of Sebring; son, John David Marcum, Columbus, Ohio; daughters, Lisa Ann Marcum, North Carolina; Lisa Marie (Peter) Martellaro, Cuba, Missouri and Jamie Rowan (Eric Plessinger), Naples, FL; Sisters, Sherri Ann Clark, Charleston, West Virginia; Sherry Ruth Branham, California and Catherine Marcum, California; brothers-in-law, Rocco Comperatore and John Comperatore, both of Naples, Florida; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, with services beginning at 4:00 p.m., Rev. Mike Adams officiating.
