John E. Gregalot

John E. Gregalot, 95, of Sebring, Florida died peacefully in his home on Tuesday, February 26, 2013. John was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on October 4, 1917. He was a long-time resident of Miami, Florida, until he relocated to Sebring, with his wife, Nellie S. Gregalot in 1995. An aircraft instrument mechanic, John worked for Eastern Airlines for 36 years until he retired. He received the Federal Aviation Award for his work on the gyroscope. After moving to Sebring, John picked up golfing, and enjoyed playing into his 95th year. He is survived by his loving family, his son James Gregalot of West Palm Beach, his daughter Jill Gregalot of Sebring, grandchildren Nichole and Richard Gregalot, and great-grandchildren Shiloh and Lili Gregalot, of West Palm Beach.
