Joe Dan Grice

Joe Dan Grice ,78 of Avon Park, Florida Passed away on January 10, 2018. He was born on October 23, 1939 to David and Elizabeth Lineberger Grice in Gaston County, North Carolina. He was a resident in this area since 1969 coming from Charlotte, North Carolina. Joe proudly served his country in the United States Airforce. He loved playing golf, watching baseball and football, puzzles and was an avid Bingo player, but most of all he loved his family. Joe is survived by his daughter, Vicki Myers (Kevin Sr) of Avon Park, FL; brothers John David Grice (Bernie), Franklin Grice (Claudia) and Donald Grice (Susan); sister Iris Walker (Ronnie); Grandchildren, Charissa Buice, Jordan Myers, Kevin Myers Jr., Chad Barnes, Mackenzie Myers and Shelbie Myers; great grandchildren Tristan, Ryleigh and Brody Danzey and Colton Buice.  A memorial service will be held in Joe's honor on January 21, 2018 at 3:00 PM in Charlotte, NC at the Methodist Church.
