Jody C Smith

Jody C. Smith, 66, of Sebring, Florida passed away on Sunday, May  6, 2018.  Jody was born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania on September 9, 1951.  He had been a Florida resident since January 2011.  Jody was a member of the Spring Lake Presbyterian Church where he was a deacon.  Jody was raised in Mont Alto, Pennsylvania and graduated from the Waynesboro Area Senior High in 1969.  He worked at Landis Tool, Waynesboro, AMP McSherry town and East Berlin, Pennsylvania and retired from Ecco Water Woodbury, Minnesota where he was a production supervisor.  Survivors include his Wife – Marsha J. Smith of Sebring, Florida; Daughter – Jaime Carrick (Gregory) of Wyoming, Minnesota; Sister – Deborah Freeman of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; Aunt – Mitzi Smith of Quincy, Pennsylvania; Brothers-in-Law – Daniel Stouffer; Jere Stouffer; Dale Stouffer all of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; Grandson Tristen Carrick.  He was preceded in death by his Parents – Mary June and Jack Smith; Parents-in-law – Dorothy and Glenn Stouffer; Siblings – Jennifer Moore; Jay Kriner.  A memorial service will be held at Spring Lake Presbyterian Church on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11:00 am.  Interment will be in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
