JOANNE M. WALTERS Joanne M. Walters, 83, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2009, in Sebring. She was born February 22, 1926, to Byron C. and Gertrude (Schutzbach) Miller in Painesville, Ohio, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1983, coming from Big Rapids, Michigan. She was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Sebring, where she was Past President of The Women of the Church Group and past President of The Florida Womens Presbyterian Union. She was also a member of The Sun n Lake Country Club in Sebring. Mrs. Walters was preceded in death by her Husband, James Edward Walters, M.D. and Sons, Matthew James Walters and Scott W. Walters. She is survived by her Daughter, Angela K. Miller, Sebring and Grandsons, Byron and Cameron. Memorial Services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 16, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church of Sebring, Rev. Darrell Peer officiating. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to First Presbyterian Church, 319 Poinsettia Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870.
