JOANN MARIE PHILIBOSIAN JoAnn Marie Philibosian, 80, of Sebring, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010, at her home. She was born May 30, 1930, to Philip Raymond and Gladys (Keenan) Short in Miami Beach, Florida and had been a resident of Sebring since 1994, coming from Miami. She retired as the cafeteria manager at Killian High School in Miami. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed needlework and loved her family and friends and spending time with them. She is survived by her husband, Charles Philibosian of Sebring; children, Vicki (Bob) Jacqmein, Miami, FL; Jody (Chris) Slavens, Warrensburg, IL; Theresa (Thomas) Duncan, Lake Placid, FL; Tom Hughes, Jr., New York; Sue (Alan) Goch, Miramar, FL and Elaine Hughes, Miami, FL; grandchildren, Trishia, Christina, Justin, Kimmie, Lindsey, Liz, Patty and Tom; five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Tom Hughes, Sr.; parents, Philip and Gladys Short; sister, Pat; brother, Dick and son, Timothy Hughes. Memorial services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring. Casual attire is requested.
