Joan Ellen Endicott

Joan Ellen Endicott, age 72, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014, in Sebring, FL. She was born June 4, 1941, to Raymond and Rosealie (Bernie) Fogg in Bath, Maine. After graduating nursing school in 1961, she came to Florida where she was employed with Highlands County Health Department in 1963. She retired after 38 years of service in December 2001, as nursing director. She loved to travel and entertain guests at her home. She enjoyed being with her family. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Harris Endicott. Other survivors include her brother, Carl Fogg of Sebring, FL, her sister, Betty Whitaker (Bobby) of Lake Placid, FL; one niece; Paula Halliwell of Sebring, FL, three nephews; Robbie Whitaker, Lake Placid, FL, Mark Randall, Tempe, AZ, and Jeff Fogg, Palatka, FL. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Endicott Residence.
