Jimmy Alan Wiggins

Jimmy Alan Wiggins, age 67 passed away Friday, November 30, 2012 in Sebring, Florida. He was born in Crossville, Tennessee on April 14, 1945 to John Henry and Rachel Florence (Goss) Wiggins. He was a Truck Driver for the Citrus Industry, attended the Sanctuary Church of God and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1964 coming from Tennessee. He is survived by his wife-Sarah L. Wiggins of Avon Park, Florida; daughters-Terri Nettles (Derrick), Lisa Whitman, Carla Ball (Brandon) and Julie Brock (Kevin) all of Avon Park, Florida; son-Robert Wiggins (Debbie) of Avon Park, Florida; brother-Steve "Cotton" Wiggins of Frostproof, Florida; sisters-Linda Gail Rhodes of Frostproof, Florida, Pasty Rhodes of Hendersonville, North Carolina and Barbara Wiggins of Hendersonville, North Carolina; 11 grandchildren-Brittany (Rocky), Bethany, D.J., Joshua, Kaitlyn, Shelby, Courtney, Peyton, Taylor, Kaycee and Chase and 4 great grandchildren- Chloe, Gavin, Dominick and Hunter. Visitation will be held Monday, December 3, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
