Jerry P Bethea

Jerry P. Bethea, age 75, passed away on Friday, August 23, 2024.  He was born on May 8th, 1949 in Avon Park, Florida to Reuben Bethea and Mollie Hunt Bethea. He grew up in DeSoto City, Florida and has been a lifelong resident of Sebring, Florida. Jerry’s education started in Highlands County Schools, eventually getting a Master’s Degree in Business in 1983. Retiring from Banking, in his later years, he worked in the Auto Industry.  He enjoyed his days of boating and saltwater fishing.  Jerry had great faith and believed in Jesus as his Savior and had great Love of Family.  He is predeceased by his father Reuben his mother Mollie and a brother Harold. Jerry is survived by his Sisters - Leslie Havery of Melbourne, Florida; Joan Bethea of Sebring, Florida; Nephews - Brett Havery (Libby) of Melbourne, Florida; Ryan Bethea of Orlando, Florida; Niece - Jennifer Havery Johnson (Johnny) of Melbourne, Florida; 3 Great Nephews - Trent Johnson; Mason Havery; and Nicky Havery all of Melbourne.
