Age 72, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2013 in Avon Park, Florida. Mr. Stichter was born in Davenport, Iowa to Charles Lavern and Edna Christine (Klemee) Stichter. He was a carpenter, served in the United States Navy and had been a resident of Avon Park since 2010 coming from Davenport, Iowa. He is survived by his wife-Karen Stichter of Avon Park, Florida; son-Marty Stichter, Jr. of Davenport, Iowa; daughter-Anglea Paysen of Davenport, Iowa; 6 grandchildren.
