Jeffery Alan Hoak, age 60, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on January 26, 1958 to Bruce E. and Carole (Burr) Hoak. Jeffery is survived by his son – Mitch Hoak and his wife-Brooke, Granddaughters – River and Rain, all of Avon Park, Florida; siblings – David Hoak of Albany, NY; Amy McKinney of Springfield, OH; and Stephanie Rerucha of Winter Haven, FL. A Come and Go Remembrance will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at 41 Lake Eloise Lane, Winter Haven, FL.
