Jeanne A. Valentik, age 71, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born on July 5, 1944 in Ashtabula, Ohio to the late Michael and Lottie (Sarbiewski) Golembiowski. Jeanne has been a resident of Avon Park since 1972 having come from New Smyrna Beach, FL. She worked as a registered nurse for 35 years at Walker Memorial and then Florida Hospital Heartland, and was a member of the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband: Frank H. Valentik, Jr.; daughter: Lori (Kenny) Iiames; son: Frank H. (Susanne) Valentik, III; brother: Michael (Linda) Gee; grandchildren: Stephanie, Dalton, Hannah; and one great-grandson: Brantley. Arrangements Entrusted To: Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home 111 E.
