Jeanette Arlene Kohler-Curtis, age 85, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 in Sebring, Florida. She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on May 30, 1927 to Barney and Anna (Syswerda) Johnson. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Curtis is survived by her husband-Leoff Curtis, Jr. of Hudsonville, Michigan; daughter-Beth Vanderklay of Sacramento, California; son-Phil Kohler of Lyons, Ohio; step-daughters-Melody Yoshida of Japan and April Curtis of Ypsalanti, Michigan; step-sons-Scott Curtis of Holland, Michigan and Tom Curtis of Jenison, Michigan; sisters-Edith Boerema, Ruth Adam and Laura Hetinga; brother-Harold Johnson; 15 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Matthysse-Kuiper-Graaf F.D., 4145 Chicago Drive, SW, Grandville, Michigan 49418. Burial will be in Grandville Cemetery in Grandville, Michigan.
