Rev. Jean L. Fleurimond

Rev. Jean L. Fleurimond, 75, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 in Sebring. He was born December 23, 1936, to Francois and Minicile (Jovin) Fleurimond in Haiti, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2007, coming from Philadelphia, PA. He was an Industrial Electrician and Welder for Con Edison Power Corporation and a member of Avon Park Nazarene Church. He was very active in church and enjoyed baseball, football and was a Yankee fan. He is survived by his wife, Therese Fleurimond of Sebring; son, Serge A. (Magdala) Fleurimond, Sebring; brother, Cifra Fleurimond, Haiti; sister, Prudence Fleurimond, Canada and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2012, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Highlands Gospel Tabernacle, 204 S. Orange St., Sebring, FL, with Rev. Alfonsus Maxime officiating. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery in Sebring will be immediately following the service.
