Janie L. Moddrell Janie L. Moddrell, age 86, passed away on June 1, 2014, in Sebring, Florida. She was born on December 20, 1927, in Green City, Missouri to the late Cly E. and Edna (Rouse) Law. Janie was a member of First United Methodist Church of Sebring where she was a greeter and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Green City, Mo. She will be remembered by her generous spirit, beautiful singing voice and gorgeous blue eyes. "All that I am or hope to be I owe to my mother". She is preceded in death by first husband Clyde L. Peavler, second husband Grant Thomas and third husband Donald Moddrell.
