Janice Fern Griffin

Janice Fern Griffin, age 70, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the Oaks at Avon. She was born on November 5, 1946 to the late Grady and Cora (Patterson) Arthur.  She had been a resident since 1975 coming from Brooksville, FL and was a member of the Brighton Baptist Church.  Janice played the piano, loved to sing, take care of her grandchildren, shop and cook.  She is survived by her children: Fred Griffin II (Denise) of Lake Placid, FL; Mike Griffin of Sebring, FL; Scott Griffin (Samantha) of Okeechobee, FL; siblings: Sherry Messer of Lake Wales, FL; Terry Arthur of Savannah, GA; Larry Arthur of Sebring, FL; Ray Arthur of Metter, GA; 6 Grandchildren and one Great-Grandchild.
