James Christopher Monroe, age 77, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 in Sebring, FL. He was born on December 23, 1943 to James W. and Katherine (Yanisades) Monroe. James worked in lawncare maintenance , attended Faith Baptist Church in Lake Placid, and has been a resident of Lake Placid, FL for 25 years. James enjoyed fishing, playing on the computer and loved his church .He is survived by his loving wife – Rita; step-daughter – Eva Rulapaugh of PA; sister – Andrea Sullivan of Port Charlotte, FL. Surviving are also 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-son – Mike Depasquale.
