JAMES ARNOLD GOVER James Arnold Gover, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 in Sebring, FL. He was born on July 9, 1936 to James Mell and Mayme (Pitts) Gover in Berea, Kentucky. He was a Radio Dispatcher for the State Police, and was a resident of Sebring since 1986 coming from Kentucky. He is survived by his wife, Debra Ann Gover, Sebring; brothers, Thomas Gover of Minneapolis, MN and Norman Gover of San Anselmo, CA.
