JAMES WALLACE GALLOWAY James Wallace Galloway, 79, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012, at his home. He was born June 16, 1932, to Elmer James and Lea (Beaudoin) Galloway in Chicago, Illinois, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2002, coming from Lansing, Illinois. He was a retired employee of Commonwealth Edison (State Line Generating) for 35 years; a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church in Sebring and St. Ann in Lansing and was a member of the Moose and Knights of Columbus. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Marines. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Galloway; children, Nancy Whalen, Sebring; Kathy (Chris) Manes, Lowell, IN and Linda (Mark) Klaczak, Lowell, IN; many nieces and nephews; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at St. Catherine Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Hospice or Semperfifund.org for the Injured Marine Fund.
