James Edward Cercy

"James Edward Cercy, 58 of Orlando, FL passed away on July 19, 2018. He was born in Daytona Beach, FL on December 5, 1959 to James A. and Zelma Hunter Cercy. James loved watching basketball and playing when he could. He was a great athlete during his time at Mitchell High School in Mitchell, Indiana, being a star football player and a runner in track. James received a scholastic scholarship to attend Indiana University. He enjoyed listening to the Beatles and loved his family dearly. He was employed in the trucking industry for almost 40 years, ending his career as District Manager with Penn Tank Lines of Chester Springs, PA. Jim believed there was a god and you could tell by all the beautiful things in the universe. He was a kind and generous soul who will be terribly missed by his family. He is survived by his parents, James and Zelma Cercy of Avon Park, FL and his brother Joseph Cercy of Munich Germany. He was preceded in death by his brother Gregory."
