Jack L. York

Jack L. York, age 69, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018.  He was born on October 1, 1948 to John M. and Lena (Knight) York and raised in Tennessee and moved to Sebring, FL in 1962.  He graduated from Sebring High School, Class of 1966, graduated from Massey Business College in Jacksonville, and worked as a Supervisor for the City of Sebring Utilities, retiring in 2011.  He was a true race fan and loved the 12 Hours of Sebring.  Jack is a member of the First Baptist Church of Tavares and a past member of the First Baptist Church of Sebring.  He is survived by his Wife – Sandra K. York; Son – Jason York (Jamie); Grandchildren-Logan, Skylar, Regan, and Tegan.  Memorial services will be held Friday, March 9th at 11:00am at First Baptist Church of Sebring with family receiving friends beginning at 10:00am.  Memorial contributions may be made to The Gideon’s International, 307 S.
