Isaiah Clifford Walker passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023, in Sebring, Florida at the age of 76. He was born on July 14, 1947, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Cornelius and Alease (Lofton) Walker. Isaiah worked as a postal employee for the US Government. He was baptized as a Jehovah Witness on March 12, 1988, and served Jehovah faithfully until the day of his death. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for 20+ years. He worked as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Army. After retiring from the Military in 1986, he remained in Seaside, California for 15 years before moving to Sebring permanently in 2001. His hobbies included snorkeling and racquetball. He was an avid motorcyclist and loved to listen to jazz and rock and roll music. Isaiah was a sports fan. His favorite teams were the Eagles, Raiders, Tampa Bay Rays, and the Bucs. He was a loving husband, spiritual minded, and an excellent provider. He dearly loved his dogs. - Sophie and Taz. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Janet whom he married on May 12, 1979 (44 years) in Honolulu, Hawaii; a son, Isaiah II (Jamie) of El Paso, TX; three grandchildren: Isaiah III, Adrian, and Koa; two sisters – Joyce Lofton of Pennsylvania and Legartha “Gail” Harris of Pennsylvania; a niece – Shanna Lofton; mother-in-law, Georgetta Brice, a very special great-great niece, Aubryana Davis; ten brothers and sisters-in law, and a host of family and friends.
