Irene Estes Smith, age 50, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016 in Sebring, FL. She was born on December 17, 1965 in Frostproof, FL to the late Joseph Clinton and Sally Mae (Allen) Plair.  Irene had been a resident of Sebring since 2004 having come from Frostproof. She was a member of the Sanctuary Church of God in Avon Park. Irene loved walking her dog “Rex”, enjoyed reading and working on her house. Irene loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She is survived by her husband: Christopher Smith of Sebring; sons: Dustin (Rebecca) Estes of Winter Haven; Justin Estes of North Carolina; step-daughters: Krista Kay (Jeremy) Clifton of Kentucky; Lacey Lynn Smith of Sebring; sisters: Brenda Plair Pitchford of Frostproof; Tammy Scott of North Carolina; Kellie Allison of Frostproof; grandchildren: Cameron; Mason; Cameron; Nicholas; Myiah; and Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the Sanctuary Church of God in Avon Park, FL.
