Howard H. Hazeltine, Jr., age 64, of Avon Park, FL, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020. He was born December 9, 1955 in Concord, New Hampshire to Howard Herman Hazeltine, Sr. and Rosemary Prow. He has been a resident here since 1998 having moved from New Hampshire. He is survived by his Daughter- Katherine Owens (Judson) of Avon Park, FL; Sons- Rick Hazeltine (Tanya) of New Hampshire, Harley Hazeltine (Amie) of Avon Park, Mark Hazeltine of New Hampshire; Brother- Dennis Hazeltine of New Hampshire.; 7 Grandchildren.
