He has been a resident here since 1998 having moved from New Hampshire. He is survived by his Daughter- Katherine Owens (Judson) of Avon Park, FL; Sons- Rick Hazeltine (Tanya) of New Hampshire, Harley Hazeltine (Amie) of Avon Park, Mark Hazeltine of New Hampshire; Brother- Dennis Hazeltine of New Hampshire.; 7 Grandchildren.
